JanSport stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you’re happy with your gear. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, altered or used.

  • Purchase of sale items will be considered final. Returns of such items will not be processed. 
  • Items should be returned in the original packaging, complete with the labels and tags still attached; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. 
  • You will be held responsible for items until the arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure that the packaging of the items is secured to avoid damage. We strongly advice the use of dependable couriers that provide tracking services and details.
  •  All returns are still subject to quality assessment. Items that do not pass a quality check will be transported back to the customer.
  •  If you believe that there is a problem with the quality of the product upon delivery, you may ship it back to us for store credit.
